Derek Cullen Chairman Dr Cullen retired in 2007 as a Consultant Physician Emeritus with a special interest in Endocrinology and Diabetes at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital in Sheffield. He graduated from the University of Durham Medical School and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of London and Glasgow. His experience in the medical profession will be an incalculable asset to Lost Chord.

Derrick Willingham Trustee Formally Chief Executive and Deputy Chairman of the Twil Group (including Tinsley Wire). Erstwhile Master Cutler. Derrick retired as the Deputy Chairman of the St Luke’s Hospice Charitable Trust and member of the House Management Committee. |

| Caroline Jopling Company Secretary
Originally from Rotherham, Caroline qualified as a solicitor and worked with British Coal in London and Doncaster and ultimately Nabarro Nathanson in Sheffield. She left private practice to work in the family business as Solicitor/Company Secretary. At the same time she took a post graduate dipolma in Business Administration at Nottingham Trent University. Caroline has been the clerk to her local parish council, sat on the advisory panel to RMBC concerning Rights of Access to the countryside and was Chair of the PTA at a local school. |

Robin France Treasurer He retired as Group Company Secretary/ Financial Director from Tinsley Wire in 2000. Robin is the honorary Treasurer of a local PCC and a Business Mentor for the Princes Trust. |

Fiona Swain Trustee Fiona was originally a member of the Independent Bar but in 2001 she was appointed as a Senior Crown Prosecutor in the Trial Unit in Sheffield.

Shafiq Hussain Trustee Shafiq is Pioneer Project Area Co-Ordinator working for Voluntary Action Rotherham. He has had 14 years voluntary experience of working with the elderly and had been involved in setting up a residential care home for the elderly in Sheffield.

Benjamin Frith Trustee Born in South Yorkshire, Benjamin Frith is a concert pianist of National and International acclaim. He has won numerous awards, appeared with many of the finest orchestras and has performed under such conductors as Mehta, Skrowaczewski, Hurst, Bugaj, Wordsworth, Bamert and Vasary. He has won golden opinions for his recordings and is currently engaged on a cycle of John Field's Nocturnes and Piano Concertos for Naxos Records. He appears at International Festivals such as Edinburgh, Aldeburgh, Kfar-Blum and Kuhmo and every year at the Lindsay Quartet's Music in the Round in Sheffield.

Advisory Committee
In addition to the Board of Trustees Lost Chord has an Advisory Committee which meets quarterly and has representatives from Health, Social Services, Age Concern, Alzheimer’s Society, Mental Health and Managers in the both Private and Statatory Sector.
It was also decided to consult with the Homes in order to find a suitable client representative who would be accompanied to the meetings by a Carer. An additional representative has been selected to represent the volunteers. This position will be rotated on an annual basis.
